When I ordered this item, I presumed I could use it only in my car. But when I received the item(s), it wasn’t exactly like the one in the picture. What I received was an USB iPod connector plus an USB cigarette lighter connector. This means I can also use the cable to charge my iPod with my computer at work (no iTunes necessary), as well as in my car. A nice bonus. The USB iPod connector will allow syncing with iTunes, and the material seems to be on par, if not better, than Apple OEM connector (the cable is rubberized like Apple OEM cable, but less rigid).
