Works part of the time. Often when charging it I’ll look over at the charger and the blue light will have gone off and the charging stopped. It won’t work again after that until I restart the car I think. Going to have to look into this more and test.

The Kensington Car Charger works great. It looks nice, and it fits both my iPod and my iPhone 3G.

WARNING!!!!WARNING!!! Do not buy this product. Very misleading. I bought 2 for my IPHONE 3G. They do not work. They did not even work with my regular IPOD. I returned it. Do not waste your $$. The only thing that I was happy with was Amazon’s return policy. I was able to return them with no problems.

I bought one and it died after 8 days. Kensington has insisted I return to the retailer it even though I no longer have the packaging. It is becoming more of a hassle to return than it is worth.
